However, we strongly recommend and encourage you to order right here, on our website. It will not only provide you with all the information you would seek about the product but would also enable us to serve you better and more efficiently. By getting registered and creating your personal account with us while placing the order on our website helps us to understand your preferences and structure our service responses accordingly. It would also help trace and track any product return process in case required.    

Our products are custom made to order and may take up to 30 days before these are shipped out to our customers spread across the globe.

Booking of Pre orders:

Pre-orders by definition are the bookings made for a product in its conceptual stage. We introduce our pre-order products on our Social Media pages with renders. Prototypes for the product to be launched are usually being made while we start taking pre-orders.

Here is how it allows you to partner us in the development of a new product that excites you:

• You pay a pre-specified non-refundable amount as advance towards your pre-order
• Booking of a pre-order entitles you to an attractive discount when the product gets developed and delivered to you before the regular orders

Shipping Policy:

We endeavour to deliver your ordered products safely and securely at the destination specified in your order.

Where do we ship?

We deliver domestic orders across India through shipping partners who are reliable and trusted. Most overseas shipments are delivered by FedEx. 

Customers are given the Airway Bill (AWB) and the tracking ID once the parcel is picked up from the pickup location or our dispatch unit.  

Delivery Period:

The time taken for the product to reach your destination will depend on your location and accessibility of the address shared by you. Domestic orders normally get delivered between 2 to 7 working days after getting picked up for shipping, depending upon the location. International orders are delivered across continents in 8 to 10 business days under International Priority deliveries by FedEx.

The above delivery periods are of course valid when normal logistic services are being made available. 

Shipping Charges and payments:

Domestic shipments are billed according to their volumetric weight.

International shipments are made EXW (Ex-Works) as per ICC Incoterms 2020 under special FedEx Priority shipping rates based on the destination location and the volumetric weight.

Shipping charges are automatically added according to the prevailing rates when you place an order on our website. Billed amounts against an order must be paid in full before the order is shipped. The payment could be made by Bank transfer, Credit/ Debit Cards, PayPal, or the other UPI gateways.

Please note the following to help us get your ordered products delivered without any hassles:

1. 1. Please take care while filling in your Billing & Contact details. Your Name & Address should be exactly as it appears on your Credit/Debit Card or Bank Account
2. 2. Your Contact Information would need to be verifiable by your Bank/ Credit Card provider for authorizing payment
3. 3. Your correct mobile number & email ID will help us send you order confirmation and shipping details
4. 4. If the Billing and Shipping Addresses are not same, please fill in both correctly.

Please also note:

Depending on your shipping location, Octroi Levies and/or Local Govt. Taxes may be applicable to your shipment and the same will be payable by the consignee on delivery to claim the shipment.

For International shipments, please check with your local authorities on custom duties so that these are factored in.
