Autologue Ranch Dirt Biking Starter Course:
A 10-Session Beginner Dirt Biking Program for Kids
This starter Course is designed for young riders taking their first steps into off-road motorcycling. Built for kids who can already ride a bicycle without support wheels, this course focuses on safety, confidence, balance, throttle control, braking, riding posture and basic off-road terrain handling.
This is not a racing course.
It is a foundation course to help kids understand motorcycles, respect the track, learn control and build confidence step by step.
Eligibility:
Kids must be able to ride a bicycle without support wheels.
- Recommended age group: 3 to 15 years (3-5 years subject to trainer approval)
- Session duration: 1 hour
- Recommended program: 10 sessions
- Batch size: Maximum 3 kids per session
- Price: ₹2,000 per session
- Timings: Morning batches between 7 AM and 11 AM
Final riding approval will depend on the child’s height, comfort, maturity, ability to follow instructions and gear fit.

10-Session Course Structure
Session 1: Introduction
The first session is all about comfort, safety and motorcycle awareness. Kids are introduced to the motorcycle, riding gear, trainer instructions and basic track behaviour.
Focus areas:
• Gear fitting and safety briefing
• Understanding the motorcycle
• Engine start and stop awareness
• Kill switch awareness
• Basic controls
• Mounting and dismounting
• Walking the bike
• Track walk with trainer
• First assisted ride, only if the child is ready
Goal: The child should feel comfortable around the motorcycle and understand that safety and control come first.
Session 2: Balance Before Speed
This session focuses on balance, body position and slow movement. The child learns that dirt biking is not about going fast, but about staying relaxed and in control.
Focus areas:
• Warm-up and riding-specific mobility
• Seated riding posture
• Looking ahead while riding
• Slow-speed balance
• Straight-line riding
• Assisted throttle introduction
• Controlled start and stop
• Trainer-supported riding
Goal: The child should be able to sit correctly, look ahead and move in a straight line with support.
Session 3: Throttle Feel
This session introduces smooth throttle control. Kids learn how small throttle inputs affect the motorcycle and how to avoid sudden acceleration.
Focus areas:
• Gentle throttle roll-on and roll-off
• Starting smoothly
• Maintaining steady speed
• Slowing down without panic
• Riding short marked sections
• Trainer-assisted correction
• Stop zones and basic track discipline
Goal: The child should understand that throttle must be smooth, controlled and never rushed.
Session 4: Braking Basics
This session focuses on braking confidence. The child learns how to slow down and stop safely in a controlled area.
Focus areas:
• Brake awareness
• Gentle braking drills
• Stop-at-marker practice
• Emergency stop introduction at very low speed
• Body position while braking
• Keeping eyes up while stopping
• Understanding safe distance
Goal: The child should be able to slow down and stop safely on command.
Session 5: Turns & Direction Control
This session introduces basic turning. Kids learn how to look where they want to go and guide the motorcycle through simple corners.
Focus areas:
• Wide turns
• Figure-8 basics
• Looking through the turn
• Handlebar control
• Slow cornering
• Riding around cones
• Maintaining calm throttle through turns
Goal: The child should be able to ride through simple turns with control and without panic braking.
Session 6: Stand Up & Ride
This session introduces one of the most important off-road skills: standing on the footpegs. Kids learn the difference between sitting and standing while riding on dirt.
Focus areas:
• Static standing position
• Knees slightly bent
• Relaxed arms
• Weight on footpegs
• Standing while motorcycle is stationary
• Short standing rides
• Sitting-to-standing transition
• Balance while standing
Goal: The child should understand basic stand-up riding posture and try short controlled standing sections.
Session 7: Track Confidence

• Listening to trainer signals
• Riding with fewer assists
• Confidence building
Goal: The child should be able to ride a simple marked section with trainer supervision and reduced support.

Focus areas:
• Basic uphill body position
• Basic downhill body position
• Smooth throttle on climbs
• Controlled braking on descents
• Staying relaxed on loose ground
• Avoiding sudden inputs
• Trainer-led terrain practice
