Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will take over the entire role of managing and driving sales of the company in due course as Head of Sales, from generating leads to closing sales. He/ She will constantly strive to meet all sales goals and exceed customer expectations.


Some of the role specifics and KRAs would include:

  • Delivery of excellent customer service to ensure ongoing and growing sales
  • Leverage and manage CRM tools for effective customer response and inquiry conversion
  • Planning and achieving Sales and revenue targets, consistently and aggressively
  • Identify, connect and engage with Biker Groups to evolve sales strategy
  • Work with customers to determine their needs and recommend the right products to them
  • Assist the Operations team to ensure that quality products are delivered in time
  • Be the interface between the customers and the design team to help create new products
  • Stay updated on the market trends, new products, projects, company website and social pages

Skills we expect:

  • Good understanding of the automotive sector
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer Savvy and MS
  • Excellent interpersonal and Team Leadership skills
  • Good in building and strengthening relationships and network
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills

Qualifications and Compensation:

The candidate will be a Graduate in any discipline. A post-graduate qualification in management will be preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience with customer service and a proven track record in achieving sales target and growth will be required. Compensation will not be a constraint for the right candidate and will be structured accordingly, with a provision of attractive incentives.




Sales Interns

We will also be looking to add a couple of bright interns fresh from good Management institutes with Sales and Marketing specialization. Biking enthusiasts will be preferred 😊
